If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Christopolo® website, please return the product at your cost by courier within 15 working days to the following address:

To initiate a return, please fill in the return form, email us at email@example.com or call us at +919619332741 / 9167781189 Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any), bill, warranty card (not filled out) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account
For a repair of a product purchased on the Christopolo® website, please send the product along with the guarantee card (filled in) and a printed copy of the bill. The product will be repaired without any extra charge if it is within the warranty period. On expiry of the warranty period, you will be charged an amount depending on the nature of the work involved.
Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.

Please note that the Christopolo® exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, refunds and exchanges outside of India. In the unlikely event that a product requires a repair within the warranty period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, you will be expected to return the product by courier at your cost to an address in India
