How many days does it take for Christopolo® to ship a product after having recieved the order?
If you have ordered a product from Christopolo®, you will recieve the order within 3-4 business days.

How do I track my order?
We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our “ORDER TRACKING” page. On dispatch of your order, you will recieve your shipment and tracking number by email. If you have not recieved our “DELIVERY CONFIRMATION” email, please contact us through the “CONTACT US” form.

Do you charge for shipping?
No, we do not charge you for delivery within India.

How can I modify/ cancel an order?
You can modify/cancel your order by emailing us at “info@christopolo.com” within 12hrs of placing your order, as we aim to maintain quick turn around times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries. We will be able to support your request only if its recieved within the stipulated time frame.

Are you able to gift wrap purchases?
Yes, we are able to gift wrap our purchase with elegant Christopolo® wrapping paper. We understand that our products are popular gift ideas, our packaging and gift wrapping of our product will also include our designer boxes that are attractive. For all gifts, we will not include the bill within the package, but we will email you the bill for future reference.

Can I change my shipping address after having placed my order?
Yes, if you would like to change your shipping address, you will need to contact us “cc@christopolo.com within 2 days of placing your order, with the alternative delivery address. We will send you an email reply to confirm this request.

Wallet

What are Christopolo® miles?
10% of the product value will earn you equivalent number of “POLOS” (Christopolo® points) Eg. A customer shops for rs750, so he will earn 75 polos (10% of 750) in his/her wallet. It will be notified to you through  a message.

How can I use the Christopolo® miles?
Miles cannot be withdrawn, it can only be used to redeem Christopolo® products or any other gift options available.

How can I order an item which is out of stock?
Drop a mail to info@christopolo.com and our team will revert once the product is available.

How to use coupon code scheme?
Upto 15% off on the discounted rates (on the MRP) shall be given to repeat of first customer on their  first transaction, provided they give 2 men referrals and have them registered at Christopolo®

If excess payment is made, what is the refund policy?
Refund will be provided in the form of “POLOS” .

What payment methods do you accept online?
We accept visa, Mastercard, Credit and debit cards as well as net banking transfers.

Is it safe to use your card on Christopolo® website?
Our online ordering process is private and secured. The actual payment happens on a secure gateway page that is encrypted, protected and processed over a secured server.
